The solution of this problem, is to download Macromedia Dreamweaver 8.02 Update, from Macromedia website, THE PROBLEM APPEARS AFTER YOU INSTALL INTERNET EXPLORER 7.
As IE7 is bundled with Microsoft Windows Vista, the problem persist after installing Dreamweaver, UPDATING to 8.02 FIXES THE PROBLEM :)
